Aviation English course for pilots. Preparation for ICAO 4

The aviation English course for airplane pilots is designed to prepare current civil aviation pilots for the ICAO level test, enabling them to conduct international flights. It is also suitable for prospective students, current students, and graduates of aviation schools.

All lexical and grammatical topics that may appear on the exam are covered in the document ICAO 9835 (Manual on the Implementation of ICAO Language Proficiency Requirements). The lessons are entirely based on this document, so you will be prepared to answer any question from the examiner and construct a response, even if you are unsure of the answer!

During the sessions, we dedicate our time solely to analyzing the errors made, with the tasks themselves being checked prior to the session.

A brief test on fundamental aviation terms or a review test on the material covered.

We study new words from the list of ICAO exam topics.

Grammar

Covering essential grammatical structures necessary for passing the exam, with examples of their use alongside the learned vocabulary.

Pronunciation

Practicing complex sounds that do not have equivalents in the different language. Exercises on intonation and reading.

Lesson Recap

Addressing questions related to the material covered during the session. Receiving new homework assignments.
